COMPREHENSIVE ABA THERAPY
Available for insurance-funded clients only
Our comprehensive ABA therapy program is for those clients with an autism diagnosis and a written order who would benefit from a) 12 or more direct therapy hours per week and b) skill development and/or behavior management across 2 or more developmental domains.
Comprehensive ABA services have a BHT-ABA (direct service staff), a supervisor (either a BC-ABA or a BCBA), and support from the clinical director. Families who engage in the comprehensive ABA program also participate in the caregiver involvement program.
.
FOCUSED ABA THERAPY
Available for insurance-funded and private-pay clients
Our focused ABA therapy program is for those clients with any behavioral health diagnosis and a written order who would benefit from a) 8 or fewer direct therapy hours per week and b) skill development and/or behavior management across 1 main developmental domain.
Focused ABA services may or may not have a BHT-ABA (direct service staff), but will have a supervisor (either a BC-ABA or a BCBA) and support from the clinical director. Families who engage in the focused ABA program also participate in the caregiver involvement program.

CAREGIVER INVOLVEMENT PROGRAM
Mandatory for comprehensive and focused ABA clients
Our caregiver involvement program consists of 3 main parts:
- Caregivers agree to a minimum of 1 direct ABA session in their home per week
- Caregivers agree to participate in caregiver coaching sessions (typically twice per month for the first 3 months, and then once per month after that)
- Caregivers agree to implement strategies, interventions, techniques, etc. learned in caregiver coaching sessions with their child
This caregiver involvement program is vital for the long-term success of each child. Research shows that children who have involved caregivers make and maintain much more progress than those who do not.

SHORT-TERM BEHAVIOR INTERVENTION PROGRAM
Available for private-pay clients only
Our short-term behavior intervention program is designed for those families who are experiencing problematic behaviors at home OR those teams who may need help in a public setting, such as a school or daycare.
This program is meant to assess the problem, determine the cause (function), create a plan, and assist the family or team in implementing that plan. The short-term behavior intervention program takes place over a 12-week period. During the first two weeks, a supervisor (BC-ABA or BCBA) will observe and assess the child and the environment and create a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) Report and a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP). During the next 4 weeks, the supervisor will meet with the family or team weekly to model interventions in real time and transfer those skills to the family. During weeks 7-11, these meetings will go to every other week, and then there will be a final meeting during week 12 to recap and make recommendations for the future.
If needed, this program can be extended by an additional 6, 9, or 12 weeks.
